Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role responsible for heading the newly established Analytics division within one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers. The Head of Analytics will oversee four departments and approximately 40 employees across three German locations (Hannover, Münster, and Frankfurt am Main). Key responsibilities include the technical provision and continuous development of customer engagement applications within the Integrated Engagement Management system, as well as key figure determination on the Data Analytics Platform. Day-to-day tasks involve disciplinary and professional leadership, resource and budget planning, strategic alignment of the division, and active management of external partners and service providers. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT or business administration, extensive leadership experience in both line management and projects, and deep technical knowledge of OSPlus and related analytics applications, making this a critical position driving digital transformation in the financial sector.
