Job Summary

This role is a critical position managing construction projects focused on network infrastructure and civil engineering within the energy sector. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including preparation, coordination, and independent execution of construction sites, extending through final measurement and billing. Key daily tasks involve communicating with clients, effectively managing and steering subcontractor performance, and providing technical leadership to subordinate staff. Furthermore, the role requires maintaining existing customer relationships and actively developing new ones, alongside preparing necessary cost calculations and estimations. The ideal candidate will possess a professional qualification, such as an Electrical, Structural, Road Construction, or Civil Engineering Master Craftsman (Meister) certificate, coupled with initial professional experience in civil or road construction, preferably within the energy industry.
