Job Summary

This role involves leading the IT Services team (Helpdesk & IT-Services) for a non-profit organization focused on social work support in Berlin. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of the team, ensuring the seamless operation of the User Helpdesk, and managing incoming IT requests via calls and tickets. Key responsibilities include coordinating user support, overseeing the procurement, administration, and maintenance of the IT inventory, and managing IT endpoints such as smartphones and laptops. The position requires ensuring field services are delivered to external facilities, coordinating user training, and actively planning and implementing internal IT projects focused on process optimization and service quality improvement. Candidates need a degree in IT or a relevant IT qualification, several years of professional experience in IT support/service, and initial leadership experience. Strong German language skills are essential for this Berlin-based role.
