Job Summary

The Oschatzer Freizeitstätten GmbH is seeking an engaged Technical Coordinator to ensure the high-level technical reliability and safety of their key regional facilities, including a leisure pool and a cultural center. This pivotal role involves comprehensive central maintenance management, including planning, scheduling, and documenting all necessary TÜV and safety inspections for technical systems such as water treatment, HVAC, fire protection, and access control, often performing repairs independently. You will also serve as the Occupational Safety Officer, responsible for operational safety, health protection, and conducting mandatory employee briefings. Furthermore, you will handle energy management tasks, process applications and audits (e.g., energy tax exemptions), and support management directly by preparing technical evaluations and cost comparisons for strategic investment decisions. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (e.g., Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering) with further training as a Master Craftsman/Technician or a relevant degree, coupled with experience in facility maintenance. This is a permanent, full-time position offering varied responsibilities and high autonomy.
