Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced, pragmatic, and hands-on operational leader to drive the day-to-day execution of Facility Management (FM) services across MEDIAN Group's approximately 120 facilities in Germany. The Operational Lead will collaborate closely with four regional managers, focusing heavily on achieving quantitative targets and implementing employee-oriented leadership principles within the 300+ member FM team. Key responsibilities include optimizing technical and commercial FM structures and processes, ensuring cross-location and cross-functional team collaboration, and providing regular, quantitative reports to the management. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in advancing digitalization and continuous improvement (CIP) processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Administration, Building Technology, or Engineering, or a comparable qualification

Experience
