Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT System Administrator primarily focused on First-Level Support within a dynamic logistics environment, aiming to be the number one solution partner for the chemical world. The successful candidate will be responsible for the acceptance, processing, and resolution of IT inquiries from users, ensuring timely prioritization and escalation of tickets to Second-Level Support when necessary. A core part of the job involves supporting users in the extensive Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange. Additionally, the role includes installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts via Active Directory and Microsoft 365 EntraID, and participating in IT projects like system migrations and digitalization initiatives. The position requires a completed IT education, fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft environment, basic understanding of networking and IT security, and a service-oriented, communicative approach.
