Job Summary
This role is perfect for a proactive IT Support Specialist eager to elevate technology and contribute to future innovations by integrating and optimizing IT systems for high-profile clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing essential 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues both remotely and on-site, and managing client systems including notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. A core part of the role includes system administration tasks such as user and permission management within Active Directory. Candidates must possess a successfully completed IT qualification and proven professional experience in User Helpdesk (UHD) environments, coupled with familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge base management. Success in this position requires a high degree of customer orientation, strong analytical skills, and very good fluency in both German and English, enabling effective communication and continuous process improvement within the support framework.
