Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive IT Support Specialist passionate about technology and innovation, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, IT workstations, and mobile devices. A critical component of the job is providing 2nd-level support, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues both remotely and on-site, acting as the primary point of contact for employee technical queries. The specialist will also contribute to the operation and development of IT security solutions (e.g., Endpoint Protection, Firewalls, Patch Management) and actively document all activities within the ticketing system to improve internal IT processes. Key requirements include a relevant technical education, deep knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange environments, and practical experience with Active Directory and software distribution systems.
