This specialist role focuses on the execution, monitoring, and evaluation of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures, including Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT), strictly adhering to applicable standards and specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting appropriate testing methods based on material properties and component geometries, and conducting essential welding supervision during manufacturing and assembly processes. A core requirement is a completed technical degree or equivalent training, coupled with fundamental knowledge of materials technology. The role requires meticulous documentation, including the creation of test reports and acceptance certificates, and close collaboration with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and external testing institutes.
