Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Permitting Planner for large-scale infrastructure projects, focusing on ensuring compliance and successful authorization. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing all necessary documentation for complex approval processes, maintaining active communication with regulatory authorities, environmental associations, and various stakeholders, and ensuring strict adherence to legal requirements, standards, and guidelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing project risks and opportunities, defining appropriate mitigation measures, and providing detailed reports to project management and clients. Key qualifications include a degree in engineering, geography, or a related field, coupled with specific experience in planning and permitting, particularly within the renewable energy sector (e.g., wind, solar, or hydrogen facilities). The position requires strong communication skills and fluent German and very good English proficiency.
