Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Project Manager to drive technological solutions to the next level within the Renewable Energies sector. The core responsibility involves ensuring the successful achievement of project goals across planning, manufacturing, and commissioning phases, strictly adhering to targets related to safety, quality, time, and cost. A key focus is compliance management, requiring the candidate to ensure all project activities conform to necessary permits, regulations, specifications, and contractual obligations. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive project reports, decision templates, and maintaining audit-proof documentation, alongside leading proactive risk management, including identification, impact analysis, and mitigation planning. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, Geography, or a related field, coupled with specific project management qualifications and professional experience in planning, permitting, and document control, ideally within the renewable energy domain. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication and negotiation.
