Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Building Services Technician focused on connecting people and technologies to deliver secure and sustainable solutions for major clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, sanitation, and electrical systems. A key focus will be on performing regular fault diagnostics, repairs, and implementing energy-saving measures to optimize consumption. The technician will also be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and ensuring strict adherence to all safety and environmental regulations. Candidates should possess a completed technical qualification in Building Services or a comparable field, fundamental knowledge of standard CAD software, and ideally, experience in energy efficiency and renewable energies.
