Job Summary

This role involves ensuring compliance with CE standards and machine directives for a market leader specializing in automated assembly and testing of photonic and optoelectronic components near Bremen. The CE Standard Officer will be responsible for creating and managing CE-relevant documentation, coordinating with technical departments to ensure adherence to legal requirements, and evaluating internal systems according to the Sistema Standard (DIN EN 13849). A key part of the job is conducting risk assessments using Safexpert and driving the internal progress of standardization, including the development of SEMI standards. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, possesses several years of experience in plant engineering, and demonstrates strong knowledge of machine directives, offering a self-reliant and goal-oriented approach to compliance in an international setting.
