Job Summary

This role seeks an Electronics Technician specializing in Process Control and Automation to join the FERCHAU team, focusing on implementing exciting projects for prominent clients. The core responsibilities involve maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of complex industrial systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving system faults, documenting all interventions in SAP, installing new components, performing recurring functional tests, and conducting routine maintenance on the process control systems. Furthermore, the technician monitors process flows and reports any systemic weaknesses to improve efficiency. Candidates must possess a completed technical apprenticeship, such as an Electronics Technician in Automation or Process Control Technology, combined with professional experience, ideally in plant engineering. Essential qualifications include practical experience with common PLC control systems and foundational knowledge of relevant planning guidelines or repair processes.
