Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Embedded Software Developer responsible for driving the full lifecycle of embedded software products. Key daily activities include developing, designing, and implementing robust software architectures, as well as creating comprehensive Unit, Component, and Integration tests. The developer will operate within an agile team structure and maintain close coordination with internal and external development partners. Candidates must possess a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field, coupled with several years of professional experience in embedded product development. Essential technical skills include excellent proficiency in C/C++, GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and operating systems such as Linux or RTOS. The position offers significant flexibility, including flexible working hours, the ability to adjust weekly working time twice a year, and a combination of mobile and on-site work. Compensation follows the IG Metall tariff, complemented by a dedicated budget for continuous professional development through the EVOMOTIV academy.
