Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of modern cleaning robots and machinery. Key tasks include on-site customer support within the NRW region (allowing daily return home), performing fault analyses, commissioning systems, and executing software updates. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (e.g., electrical, mechatronics, mechanics, or IT), a strong affinity for technology, and a proactive, hands-on mentality. You will receive intensive training to become a true expert in autonomous cleaning technology, working closely with the technical team to contribute to continuous product improvement.
