Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Technician to support complex projects within Technical Building Management (TGM), contributing actively to sustainable and climate-friendly construction initiatives, such as equipping large infrastructure like the Deutsche Bahn maintenance facilities or university hospitals. The core responsibilities include administrative and technical support throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on cost control and procurement. Daily tasks involve creating quantity take-offs, executing orders, preparing proposals, reviewing technical invoices, and assisting with documentation and defect rectification. A crucial element is participating in negotiation processes with subcontractors and suppliers. Candidates must bring advanced training as a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician in Building Technology, coupled with initial professional experience in project handling and a strong technical understanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitation (HVAC/Plumbing) systems.
