Job Summary

This role is with an established, owner-managed industrial company specializing in electronics and electrical engineering, developing and manufacturing electronic assemblies, components, and systems for industrial applications across multiple German locations. The Master Electrician/Production Supervisor will be responsible for the control and coordination of manufacturing and testing processes within the electronics production unit. Key duties include ensuring and optimizing quality and testing specifications according to internal standards, analyzing test results, and implementing measures for process and quality improvement. The position requires coordination with adjacent departments to efficiently structure workflows and involves providing technical support and development for team members in manufacturing and testing technology. Candidates should possess a completed technical education (e.g., in Electronics or Mechatronics), ideally supplemented by a Master Electrician or Technician qualification, and demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible work ethic with strong German language skills.
