Job Summary

The RPA Developer will be a central part of an agile automation team, focusing on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. This role is critical in making key processes more efficient and error-free, ultimately improving customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, analyzing, and optimizing business processes for automation potential, collaborating closely with business departments to gather requirements, and ensuring the quality and stability of deployed solutions through rigorous testing and documentation. A significant aspect of the role involves contributing to the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning into business processes, driving the company's strategic AI initiative forward. The ideal candidate has a background in Business Informatics or Mathematics, solid professional experience in RPA development, and a strong interest in future-oriented technologies like AI, coupled with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
