Job Summary

This role as an Electronics Quality Engineer places you within RMA, a growing family-run company specializing in components for gas infrastructure, including cutting-edge 100% hydrogen-compatible valves. You will be instrumental in ensuring product quality and system integrity. Key daily responsibilities include executing Quality Assurance inspections, efficiently handling internal and external complaints and grievances, and actively supporting the continuous improvement process (CIP) through process optimization. A core part of the role is conducting audits and strategically advancing the existing Quality Management system. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics and brings relevant professional experience in both electronics and dedicated QA/QM functions. Knowledge of industry standards like ATEX, ISO 17025, and ISO 9001 is advantageous. Fluency in German (B2-C1) and good English skills are necessary.
