Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of agile collaboration within the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), specifically within the Online Portal and Information, Orientation, and Further Education product area. The Specialist Agile Coach will guide new agile teams through their formation and development phases, from initial orientation to achieving stable, high-performing collaboration. Key responsibilities include advising teams on agile methodologies, identifying optimization potentials, preparing and moderating agile rituals, and coordinating the implementation of improvements. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of agile coaching methods, tools, and frameworks, along with experience managing multiple agile teams and handling conflict resolution. This position offers the opportunity to work up to 80% remotely while actively contributing to the development of demanding digital products under a DevSecOps approach.
