Job Summary
This role is designed for a Specialist in Process Management, Digitalization, and IT Services to join a leading, crisis-proof caravan and motorhome trading company near Lake Constance. The primary responsibility involves the comprehensive analysis, structuring, and continuous development of existing operational processes across key business areas, including sales, service, workshop, and commercial departments. You will focus on identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and media discontinuities, subsequently designing and implementing standardized, practical digital solutions and automated workflows. A secondary, yet crucial, task is providing complementary First-Level IT Support for employees and acting as the main interface to external IT service providers. The ideal candidate must possess a commercial or technical qualification, a strong understanding of operational workflows (ideally service/workshop), high IT affinity, and an analytical, solution-oriented approach. This position offers a stable, permanent contract, intensive individualized training, flat hierarchies, and the opportunity to significantly shape the company's future through digital transformation.

Experience
- Professional experience in process analysis, digitalization, or workflow optimization (advantageous)
