Job Summary

This role involves supporting the HR department in managing and developing compensation and benefits programs for a large international optical retailer. The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end project management related to Rewards and Benefits, such as implementing a job evaluation system. Key daily tasks include administering the company's benefits platform, calculating and evaluating employee bonuses, handling employee inquiries regarding the bonus system, and conducting sales competitions within the retail branches. A core requirement is a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, coupled with professional experience in compensation-relevant topics and prior experience administering bonus systems and benefit models.
