The role involves critical regulatory work under water law (AwSV), including advising facility operators on the handling of water-hazardous substances, reviewing inspection reports, and monitoring compliance for storage and handling systems. Key responsibilities also extend to soil remediation, responding to accidents involving hazardous substances affecting soil and groundwater, and technical oversight of waste management, disposal, and recycling processes.
