Job Summary

This role involves operating and monitoring production plants within a major international specialty chemicals provider, focusing on products based on aluminum hydroxide and aluminum oxide. Day-to-day tasks include independently operating and monitoring production facilities according to specifications, controlling machinery, performing routine maintenance and cleaning, and ensuring products are filled and labeled correctly. A key responsibility is taking and analyzing relevant samples for production monitoring, along with documenting all production and operational data in the system. The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational qualification as a Chemical Operator or Chemical Production Specialist, possess fundamental knowledge of plant operations and production processes, and be willing to work in a continuous shift system (Vollkonti).
