Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of complex building technology systems across high-profile infrastructure projects in Germany, including major airports, governmental buildings, and university campuses. The Service Technician will specialize in electrical engineering, performing crucial maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair work on technical building equipment (TGA). Key responsibilities include troubleshooting system malfunctions, executing repairs, and meticulously documenting all activities, operational statuses, and defects. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in electrical engineering for building and energy technology and relevant professional experience in maintaining technical building systems. This position requires strong customer service skills, basic cross-disciplinary knowledge of building trades, and the ability to serve as the primary on-site technical expert for clients.
