Job Summary

Join a growing, established German company specializing in stamping, aluminum die-casting, and power generator systems, serving industries like electromotors, fire departments, and construction. As an IT System Administrator, you will be crucial in managing and maintaining the core IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering the Hyper-V Cluster (Windows Server 2019–2025), Active Directory/GPO, network components (Aruba, Sophos), Office365, and Swyx telephony, alongside managing Veeam backups. You will also serve as the primary contact for 1st and 2nd-level Helpdesk support for 300 employees and handle the full lifecycle management of workstations. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in IT System Integration or possesses a comparable qualification, brings initial professional experience, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, service orientation, and good English proficiency.
