Job Summary

This role as a Process Designer is crucial for enhancing internal operations and directly shaping the customer experience, ensuring services are delivered faster, more reliably, and with a strong service orientation. The successful candidate will focus on analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes, particularly those critical for smooth customer interactions, identifying potential for efficiency, quality, and service improvements. Day-to-day tasks include modeling future-proof, customer-centric processes, translating these into technical requirements for IT and AI solutions, and leading process optimization projects. Key requirements include a relevant degree or training with additional qualifications in process management, at least three years of experience in the field, and strong analytical and conceptual skills, ideally complemented by process management certifications. The role requires fluent German and strong collaboration with various departments like IT, Sales, and Logistics to deliver measurable value for both internal and external customers.
