Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for world-renowned food brands by performing essential laboratory and quality assurance tasks. The technician will be responsible for determining, evaluating, and documenting quality parameters for finished goods, conducting raw material intake inspections, and performing shelf-life studies. A key part of the job is maintaining the Quality Management (QM) system and IFS standard within the lab, performing regular production quality checks, and conducting technological trials. The ideal candidate has a laboratory background (e.g., BTA or Chemical Laboratory Technician) or equivalent experience, preferably within the food industry. This is a part-time (60%) permanent position requiring flexibility due to seasonal demands, offering a secure role within a long-established, family-owned company known for its high-quality products.
