Job Summary

This role involves joining a modern IT team in Peine, Germany, focusing on comprehensive user support and IT operations within a technologically advanced environment. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT incidents, including receiving, processing, and resolving requests and disruptions via phone, email, and in-person support. Key daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various end devices, with a specific focus on Apple devices (PC, Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone). The specialist will also administer and maintain client systems to ensure stable IT operations, test and implement new hardware and software solutions, and provide daily support to users utilizing IT systems. This position requires formal IT training or relevant professional experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft systems administration, and experience with client/server applications and MS Office/Exchange.
