Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for executing complex energy supply projects, primarily within regional shaft systems, both above and below ground, in an industrial environment. Day-to-day tasks involve the comprehensive planning and design of medium- and low-voltage switchgear, conducting necessary grid calculations, and leading and coordinating the project team. The manager will also be responsible for creating technical concepts, preparing quotations, assisting in contract negotiations, and strictly monitoring budgets and costs to ensure economically sound project execution. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, possesses strong foundational experience in medium-voltage technology (up to 30 kV), transformers, and low-voltage technology, coupled with proven experience in project and personnel leadership.
