Job Summary

This role offers an enrolled student, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, the opportunity to actively support the daily operations of the IT team, gaining comprehensive insight into the IT infrastructure of the Flensburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts. Day-to-day tasks include providing First-Level Support via tickets, phone, and on-site assistance, handling the acceptance, qualification, and documentation of user requests, and managing the setup and maintenance of end devices. The successful candidate will also assist with installations, updates, error analysis, hardware management, inventory, and contribute to various IT projects and rollouts. This position is ideal for those who are reliable, structured, team-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, offering flexible working hours and professional onboarding.
