Job Summary

This role is perfect for a highly motivated and experienced professional ready to lead a shift in a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. As the Shift Leader, you will be the master of your shift, ensuring seamless operations, maintaining stringent quality standards (cGMP), and fostering team cohesion. Key responsibilities include planning and documenting personnel qualifications, optimizing internal processes, creating test patterns, and managing projects. You will also be instrumental in drafting regulations, reports, and process descriptions in both English and German. The ideal candidate possesses a vocational qualification in Pharmacy, preferably with further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician, extensive GMP knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a responsible role within an innovative pharmaceutical company, initially for 18 months with a strong option for permanent employment.
