Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive supervision of construction and modification projects, spanning both planning and implementation phases. The primary responsibilities include coordinating and finding solutions with various stakeholders, such as foremen, team leaders, engineers, and designers, often across different departments. A critical aspect is ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, cost constraints, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The specialist will actively participate in and moderate workshops and interdisciplinary project teams, proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with deviations from the target plan. A core function is translating theoretical planning concepts into practical, workable solutions on the construction site while driving continuous technical and organizational improvements.
