Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer or Power Engineering Specialist to actively contribute to the energy transition by managing the planning and coordination of grid connections for major wind energy projects in North Rhine-Westphalia. The specialist will be responsible for designing and coordinating grid connections for wind farms, direct lines to industrial consumers, and innovative Power-to-Heat (PtH) facilities. Key responsibilities include conducting grid calculations and analyses, overseeing the technical evaluation and procurement of medium-voltage systems, and managing the electrical certification process for wind parks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Power Engineering and brings 3-5 years of experience in medium or high-voltage grid planning or operation, coupled with excellent German language skills and a strong interest in continuous professional development.
