Job Summary

This role involves specialized materials testing, focusing on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods within a metal processing environment. The Materials Tester will be responsible for preparing components for NDT, executing tests according to DIN EN ISO 9712 standards (Visual Testing, Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Ultrasonic Testing), and evaluating results against defined norms and specifications. A key part of the job is generating certificates (DIN EN 10204) and supporting inspections by client representatives. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in metal processing, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and hold Level 2 qualifications in PT, MT, and UT. Strong communication skills in both German and English, along with proficiency in standard PC applications like MS Office and SAP, are essential for success in this detail-oriented quality assurance role.
