This role involves providing essential First and Second-Level technical and functional support for the HISinOne Campus Management System within a university setting. Key responsibilities include managing system configuration, handling incident resolution, coordinating with external service providers, and overseeing user, role, and rights management. The specialist will be crucial in planning and implementing new software module adaptations, developing test strategies, and coordinating functional tests for updates and hotfixes in collaboration with the university computing center. A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Informatics or a related field, practical experience in user support and process modeling, and strong communication skills in German and English.   • Knowledge of Campus Management Software (HISinOne preferred)
