Job Summary

This critical role as Solution Owner, Electrical Systems Development, involves taking full end-to-end responsibility for the system development of electrical assemblies within Rolls-Royce decentralized energy systems (Gensets), primarily serving Data Centers, Microgrids, and critical infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include leading the conceptual design, detailed planning, and design review for complex electrical components such as switch cabinets, circuit breakers, and Genset controllers. The Solution Owner will be crucial in coordinating technical specifications, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving technical solutions collaboratively with internal experts and external suppliers. Key qualifications required include a degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, coupled with deep expertise in areas like switch cabinet construction (EPLAN), PLC controls, or medium voltage systems.
