The Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences (ISAS) is seeking a Doctoral Researcher to join the Analysis of Microscopic Biomedical Images (AMBIOM) group in Dortmund. This role is crucial for the DFG-funded ComplexEye project, focusing on developing high-throughput single-cell analysis methods using array microscopy. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing novel Machine Learning algorithms, particularly for 2D time-lapse microscopy data, and integrating large Foundation Models into existing image analysis workflows.
