Job Summary

This role is for an experienced System Engineer specializing in platform development within the mission systems domain. Day-to-day responsibilities involve deriving and conceptualizing system architecture, translating customer requirements into technical concepts (Epics/User Stories), and taking ownership of system-wide error analysis and troubleshooting. A core focus is on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and client environments (both physical and virtual), alongside the automation of infrastructure and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DSC, and scripting languages like PowerShell. The position requires strong expertise in container technologies (specifically Docker) and adherence to stringent security and encryption standards. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possess several years of experience in system and software development, and demonstrate very good proficiency in both German and English, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills.
