Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced database professional passionate about PostgreSQL and cloud technologies. The specialist will be responsible for operating, consulting, and supporting customers with their PostgreSQL database landscapes, focusing on setup, operation, and troubleshooting. A key part of the role involves migrating and porting databases from on-premises environments to the cloud, and assisting customers with provisioning and automation tasks using tools like Ansible and Terraform. Beyond technical execution, the specialist is expected to share their expertise internally with colleagues and externally through seminars, blogs, and conferences, embodying the company's commitment to knowledge transfer. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable background, coupled with at least three years of experience in PostgreSQL administration, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in German and proficiency in English.
