Job Summary
This crucial role involves managing and optimizing the operational efficiency and quality standards across primary care practices in Berlin. The Practice Manager acts as the central link between management, doctors, and non-medical staff, ensuring seamless, standardized processes and high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (e.g., QEP), coordinating organizational processes, managing staff onboarding, overseeing mandatory training (e.g., fire safety, hygiene), and handling comprehensive practice billing (GKV and PKV). The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, professional experience in a healthcare setting, and expertise in German health insurance billing systems, contributing to the revolutionization of hybrid medical care.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), equivalent qualification (e.g., Nursing, MTA, Doctor's Assistant), and/or a degree in Health Management
Experience
- Professional experience in a primary care practice or outpatient clinic
- Experience in a role with responsibility, practice management, or practice instruction
- Experience or interest in Quality Management (e.g., QEP, QM Officer) is desirable
