Job Summary

This part-time opportunity (20 hours/week, Wednesday to Friday) seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join a team in Pyras, focusing on laboratory and brewery quality control. The core responsibilities involve rigorous monitoring and enforcement of the HACCP concept, alongside conducting essential chemical-technical and microbiological analyses. The role requires meticulous documentation, evaluation of results, and routine sample collection within the production environment. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Chemical or Biological Laboratory Technician, Food Technician, or an equivalent qualification in the food sector. While professional experience in the food industry is desirable, the ability to work independently, structurally, and with a high degree of commitment and flexibility is essential.
