Quality Control Specialist | Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Quality Control

Job Summary

This role is based in Düren and involves crucial quality control tasks within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the paper or plastics processing industry. The specialist will be responsible for comprehensive quality assurance, including conducting qualitative incoming goods inspections and managing associated acceptance test certificates (CoA's). Daily activities include performing in-process material tests such as color, opacity, and X-ray fluorescence analyses, determining application weights, and executing various mechanical tests like tensile/compression and adhesion tests. A key component of the job is the EDV-supported logging and evaluation of measurement results, managing raw material and internal complaints, and creating product-specific acceptance certificates (CoC's and CoA's). The ideal candidate must have a completed professional education, such as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, possess strong PC skills, and be prepared to work in a 3-shift rotation, including occasional weekend work.
