Job Summary

This role involves providing critical 2nd Level IT Support for international internal and external customers utilizing the moneo IIoT platform, focusing heavily on Cloud and Edge Devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational errors within IIoT solutions, particularly concerning cloud connectivity and functionality, and managing tickets related to Edge and Mobile Devices. You will be classifying incoming requests, monitoring alerts, and dealing with technical aspects like MQTT queries and JSON-formatted API calls. A key part of the job is creating clear documentation and instructions to facilitate faster troubleshooting within the team and supporting the onboarding of new colleagues. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT Specialist or equivalent, professional experience in 2nd Level Support, and familiarity with Linux-based systems, MQTT, and REST API architecture. Fluency in German and very good English skills are mandatory for supporting the global customer base.
