Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Schweinfurt seeks an experienced Certified Management Accountant, Certified Accountant, or Tax Specialist to manage the comprehensive financial accounting for a corporate group. Daily responsibilities include handling ongoing bookkeeping (accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger), preparing VAT pre-registrations and managing the VAT group structure, and coordinating the preparation and reconciliation of annual financial statements. The role also involves maintaining the asset register, monitoring tax payment deadlines, and acting as the primary contact for tax consultants and auditors. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial education, ideally with advanced accounting certification, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, coupled with proficiency in standard accounting software like SAP or DATEV and strong MS Office skills.
