IT Specialist / IT Consultant Identity & Access Management (IAM) | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role seeks a solution-oriented IT professional to significantly contribute to the security and stability of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) within a financial institution. The specialist will operate at the intersection of IT, information security, and regulation, taking responsibility for the internal control system OPS-SAM and ensuring the effectiveness of security controls. Key activities include continuous development of the access management process, acting as a sub-project lead in access management projects, and successfully planning and executing defined work packages. The ideal candidate will also analyze and improve control processes, introduce and optimize IAM/PAM tools, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, DORA). Strong analytical skills, structured work ethic, and expertise in project management are essential for success in this dynamic and critical security function.
