Job Summary

The Transfer Pricing Manager will serve as the central point of contact within the group for all transfer pricing matters, playing a crucial role in maintaining and developing the company's global transfer pricing systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, refining, and monitoring intercompany transfer pricing guidelines, coordinating documentation for significant cross-border transactions, and managing transfer pricing aspects during tax audits. This role requires a strong background in economics or a related field, coupled with at least five years of specialized experience in transfer pricing, ideally gained within an international corporate environment or a tax consultancy firm. Success in this position demands entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on approach, and fluency in both German and English to effectively manage global compliance and internal training initiatives.
