Job Summary

This role is a vital Laboratory Systems Specialist position located in Ingelheim, serving as a critical interface within a global life science organization. The specialist will actively shape the digital laboratory landscape by performing system administration duties, including the qualification of reference materials and continuous master data maintenance within the LIMS. Key responsibilities also involve acting as the Key-User for documentation management, providing first-level user support, and maintaining GMP-relevant data in SAP and HAL. A core output is the creation of complex English reports for regulatory submissions (CTAA/MAA), requiring coordination of sample intake. Candidates must hold a completed university degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a natural science field, possess profound knowledge of analytical laboratory processes and GMP regulations, and demonstrate expertise in DV systems like LIMS and SAP. Fluent written and spoken English is essential for international documentation and reporting.
