Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Consultant specializing in Onsite Operations, primarily based in Hamburg, advising a key customer on proactive services and contributing expertise to the implementation of new solutions. Day-to-day tasks involve implementing updates, improvements, and new hardware/software solutions (including SAN Switches, SAN Storage, Tooling, and Certificates), conducting Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and developing associated documentation. A core responsibility is supporting storage architecture design and validation, leveraging practical administrative knowledge of HPE products like 3PAR, Primera, and Alletra, and Brocade. The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience configuring HPE or comparable storage environments and will participate in L3+ support and performance reviews, analyzing KPIs and implementing optimization solutions. Fluent English is mandatory for all communications.
